Motion sickness is a common problem in people traveling by car, train, airplanes, and especially boats. It is not considered to be a disease since it can occur in nearly every person (more common in children, pregnant women, and people taking certain medicines).
You get dehydrated when you use up or lose too much fluid in your body than you take in. When you don’t replace water and fluids that you have lost, your body is not able to perform and carry out its normal tasks, and you get dehydrated.
Period pain or in medical term, dysmenorrhea commonly occurs in teenagers and young adults. They tend to be less painful as one becomes older. The pain mostly mild but statistics show that 1 in 10 women suffer severe menstrual pain enough to affect their regular activities.
