Frozen shoulder, medically known as adhesive capsulitis of the shoulder, is condition where the connective tissues enclosing the shoulder joint becomes thickened and tight causing pain and stiffness. Over time, the shoulder becomes very hard to move.
Period pain or in medical term, dysmenorrhea commonly occurs in teenagers and young adults. They tend to be less painful as one becomes older. The pain mostly mild but statistics show that 1 in 10 women suffer severe menstrual pain enough to affect their regular activities.
